By downloading or using Tally, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Tally is a personal counter-tracking application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any part of the service.
Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.
Create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tallycount.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

Tally Premium Subscription

Tally offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. By subscribing you agree to the following:

Billing. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account at the price shown at the time of purchase. Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in Tally (counter names, data). By making a counter public, you grant other Tally users the ability to view it. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Tally app, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by us. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tally, including but not limited to loss of data.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may stop using Tally and delete your account at any time by contacting support@tallycount.dev.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of Tally after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
